Kogere Community Knowledge CentreKogere Community Knowledge Centre is a constituent of Sega Silicon Valley. Located within Kogere Primary School, Kogere CKC is a modern ICT centre available for the community. The school enjoys free use of an up to standard ICT lab that uses low power, solar powered computers made by Inveneo. It also boasts of a good 24/7 wireless internet bandwidth.

Why SIM card registration is necessary but mobile industry criticizeMobile phone service providers have six months to comply with the new presidential order and register Kenya’s 17.6 million mobile subscribers. This idea however, has been sharply criticized by Kenyan service providers. The Kenyan government gave “upsurge in crime” as the main reason for SIM card registration but services providers are blaming law enforcement as the problem not mobile phones.
